    USE

    Directions For 1/4 liter of whole liquid fresh cream: 1: Whip the cream in a terrine for 1 minute. 2: Add 1 sachet of Chantifix mixed with 25g of powdered sugar. 3: Continue whisking until stiff and fluffy. Keep cool. For a lighter preparation, use a sachet of Chantifix for 1/2 liter of fresh cream, add 1 sachet of Vanilla Vahine sugar.


    COMPOSITION

    Sugar, modified starch, gelling agent: carrageenan, aroma.
