THE PRODUCT

Vahiné Traditional Baker's yeast is a yeast without any additives, which ensures an optimal rise of the dough and gives your preparations an authentic taste.

Ideal for savory doughs (plain bread, country bread, with olives, with dried fruit, pizza dough, etc.) and sweet. Vahine, it's swollen!


UTILISATION

1 sachet of Traditional Baker's Yeast corresponds to 20g of fresh yeast.

Directions (up to 500g of flour):

1. Pour a sachet of Vahine Traditional Baker's Yeast into two tablespoons of lukewarm water or milk (35°).

2. Leave to stand for 15 minutes and stir. The yeast is ready to be mixed with your flour.

3. Add all the ingredients (at room temperature). Knead the dough in a food processor*, until it comes away from the walls. Cover with a cloth.

*Note: if kneading by hand, pour 2 sachets of Vahine Traditional Baker's Yeast beforehand instead of one.

4. Let the dough rise in a warm place (22 to 25°) for 4 hours maximum.
